Guess who was in the Financial Times this week? Yeah, this guy was. Click here and choose the second link down if you care to read the article. For those keeping score at home, that's another bucket list entry ticked off. Only somewhere in the neighborhood of 3,500 left to go. What can I say? Despite already knocking off roughly 1,700 of said entries, I have a lot of things I want to do! I'd better get busy.

Speaking of newspapers with the word "Times" in their names, I will have this Sunday's New York Times puzzle. Twitter/Facebook followers will get the link when it goes live. For everyone else, you can see it on Monday.

Heads up: Patrick Blindauer, one of my favorite people in puzzledom, just announced presales for his latest puzzle suite, the fourth in a series. I've done all of them so I can vouch for the quality. At $11.11, too, this one's a no-brainer.

Lastly, for those who are fans of the themed puzzles and typically skip the Monday themelesses, next week's puzzles will be swapped out. That is to say, the next puzzle will be themed and Thursday's will be sans theme. Please plan accordingly.
