For those looking for a themed crossword, fear not. The Gameological Society just posted a contest puzzle by yours truly. Sweat may be wiped from the brow. Crisis averted. Balance has been restored to the world. And hey, you never know, you just might win some stuff.
Also, it is with heavy heart that I have to share in the announcement that the AV Club crossword (also known as the Onion) is dead. I was there from the beginning some six years ago. It was a great run, and I did some truly stunning stuff for it, if I may say so myself. (Two examples should suffice). But weep not, for really nobody should be crying over old world media deaths. And look, rising like a phoenix out of its ashes is the rebranded AVCX, that's American Values Clubs Crossword if you're not into that whole brevity thing.
