I sort of cut back on the daily number of puzzles I normally do this past weekend. It was a measly three all weekend. Sounds baffling, but I just hit the wall. Normally, the pockets are overstuffed with weird puzzles to fill in, but this weekend, I just couldn't do it. I just ... was tired. Yeah, that's it. Tired. Now, I probably cannot imagine a life without puzzles. That would be something like a phantom limb. I would just be wondering where they were the whole time. Still, a break now and again helps and it looks like I'm right back into my normal dosage of puzzlin' starting this morning. Whew.
But for those of you who feel like you aren't doing enough puzzles, I'd like to announce that Year Three of my diagramless crosswords begins on November 6th.
