Hey BEQ Stalkers, I’m going to be in Chicago this coming Monday with the Boston Typewriter Orchestra. We’re playinng Phyllis’ Musical Inn. I’m pretty sure the show’s free, so you’ve got no excuse. Unless you’re at the Cubs home opener. That’s a pretty good excuse. Oh, and it’s like just after work (6:00), so that might be a hindrance too. But, hey, if you’re there, great. If you’re not, that’s great too. I just like to give those with an unhealthy “Misery”-level superfandom of yours truly enough of a heads up. I know how hard it is to make plans. Anyway, check out some press we got lately if you’re into that whole reading about music thing.

I loved the BTO performance! As a 20 something a while back, I owned two old typewriters. One I actually used to do my papers in college & my husband’s in grad school (late 70s to early 80s). It was so much easier when I “graduated” from the typewriter using witeout (or correction tape) to the computer and the delete key. However, I still have an affection for old typewriters. Kathy
