Residents of Camberville, Massachusetts (that would be a portmanteau of Cambridge and Somerville, and heck, all the greater suburbs of those places) who are looking for something to do this Saturday, well, you could do a whole lot worse than attending a crossword writing class lead by Laura Braunstein. Porter Square Books presents a book release party for the Inkubator's aptly-named "Inkkubator Crosswords," so Laura's teaching a class to commemorate her book. Wild stuff. Back in my day, when bands would have record release parties, we'd just get hammered and stumble through a 30 minute set. Everybody did. This seems a bit above and beyond. But, hey, I know Laura. She's okay. This is going to be great. "$5 at the door, and that money goes toward a copy of said book. Seems like a deal to me. Event starts promptly at 4:00.
